I love to teach and create music and song! I'm here to help you develop your love of music. It's so rewarding to create your own music while you bring joy to your listeners. I teach in the aural tradition, that is, by ear. I can teach you to play the Celtic harp, also called the lever harp, the folk harp and the Irish harp.
Sheet music will be provided after the initial class of each new tune. Tunes are my own arrangements of traditional music.
I teach melody, harmony, chords, memory skills, historical background, and help you develop your own style.
You can learn to play the harp and enjoy while you learn. Even the simplest tune sounds great on a harp! From your first lesson you will be able to play a short tune and your family will be thrilled!

Lessons are usually scheduled every other week. A weekly supplemental lesson may be scheduled. Payment is monthly, due at the first of each month. Missed lessons may be rescheduled.
My Youtube channel is a great place to supplement your lessons for more advancement in playing and understanding the harp. Patreon members receive extra tips and rewards of sheet music and accompaniment techniques.
